Job description We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead and manage the delivery of exceptional care in a healthcare setting. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring high standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for both staff and service users. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day care services, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Lead and inspire a team of care professionals, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Promote a positive and inclusive culture where staff and service users feel valued and supported. Implement and uphold safeguarding policies, addressing the specific needs of those in care. Work collaboratively with families, external partners, and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes. Drive staff training, development, and performance to support ongoing professional growth. About You:

Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Bring at least 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare management. Possess strong knowledge of industry regulations and safeguarding best practices. Excel in communication and relationship-building, with a proactive and adaptable leadership style.
