Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have previous experience in caring for older people, along with a compassionate and empathetic approach. Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude are also essential. You don't need any specific qualifications, as Barchester will provide the necessary training to help you thrive in the role.
