Responsibilities: Create a safe and nurturing environment for children underpinned by therapeutic parenting principles. Support young people through their daily routines by accompanying, where necessary, to and from activities, school, learning environments, appointments etc. Maintain a safe and clean home environment. Maintain confidentiality at all times. Participate in supervision, personal development plans and attend mandatory training. Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and milestones. Ensure all reports and documentation are up to date in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Experience: Working towards or completed Level 4 Diploma in Children's and Young People workforce. 2 years experience working with children in a residential setting. Valid driver's license preferable.
