Nursery Assistants

to join one of the nurseries in

Fordingbridge . The ideal candidate will help create a safe, welcoming environment, encouraging children to explore, learn, and grow. If you're a motivated individual eager to positively impact the lives of young children, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities of a Nursery Assistant Level 3: Offer guidance and assistance to students in both their academic and personal growth journeys. Work with children aged 4 months to 4 years: Engage, inspire, and support the growth of our little learners. Track, document, and communicate students' advancements and achievements. Foster a stimulating and enjoyable atmosphere that promotes active participation and learning. Create detailed and personalised lesson plans covering various subjects, customised to meet individual student requirements and in accordance with the National Curriculum standards. Requirements for the Nursery Assistant Level 3 role: Open to both qualified and unqualified Nursery Practitioners: Whether you're already qualified up to Level 2/3 or aspiring to kickstart your career, we welcome your enthusiasm and dedication. Passionate about working with children: As a Nursery Practitioner, your genuine love for children will shine through. Excellent Communication Skills: Build strong relationships with parents/carers and collaborate effectively with our team. Reliable and Punctual: Demonstrate your commitment to excellence through reliability and punctuality.
