We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant Key Stage 2 team. This full-time, long-term position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to Key Stage 2 pupils, both in groups and one-on-one. Assist the class teacher in planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons. Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment. Support children with special educational needs (SEN) when required. Contribute to the preparation of resources and classroom displays. Monitor and report on student progress to the teacher. What We're Looking For:
Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate, or equivalent experience. Experience working in a primary school setting, preferably with Key Stage 2. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A proactive and nurturing approach to supporting children's learning and well-being.
