Salary
– £30,000–£44,000 full-time equivalent salary + NHS Pension + Indemnity Covered + 6 weeks holiday (bank holidays excluded)

A passionate team of multi-disciplined clinicians, including other Practice Nurses

Your role –
Traditional Practice Nurse responsibilities, with Chronic Disease Management experience being highly desirable
All pre-booked appointments
Your own clinical room with flexibility around how your day is structured
No extended hours requirement
No home visiting requirement
