We are interested in speaking with CAMHS Therapists looking for an opportunity to work as an independent service provider to be part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists, working together to provide excellent care and treatment experiences for our patients and helping us to further develop as a leading provider of psychological care. The role:

Deliver evidence-based interventions for children and their families with mild-to-moderate mental health problems.

Deliver one-to-one CBT intervention to children and young people who are experiencing emotional distress (other modalities of therapies are desirable).

Identify and raise safeguarding concerns and appropriately share these with the Safeguarding Lead.

Attend and contribute to clinician support activities such as risk, MDT, reflective practice, learning, and development seminars.

Requirements:

Qualified and experienced in delivering CBT-based interventions (although other modalities and/or an integrative approach can be used too).

You must be registered with a professional organization to provide therapy.

You must have recent and relevant experience providing therapeutic interventions to young people and their families.

You must have your own insurance and clinical supervision in place.

You must have competency in identifying, monitoring, and handling risk and changes in risk.

You have excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

Proficient in delivering an ADOS and/or ADI assessment.

Qualified and experienced in delivering NVR therapy.
