Overview
We are seeking a skilled Radiographer to join our medical imaging team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care through diagnostic imaging procedures.
Duties
Perform diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray, CT, MRI, and other medical imaging equipment. Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures. Operate and maintain imaging equipment following safety protocols. Produce high-quality images for interpretation by radiologists. Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and address concerns. Requirements
Proficient in various medical imaging techniques including X-ray, CT, MRI. Strong patient care skills and ability to ensure patient comfort. Knowledge of IT systems related to medical imaging. Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and medical staff efficiently. Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract Contract length: 12 months Pay : £30.00-£50.00 per hour Expected hours : 37.5 per week Benefits : Flexitime Schedule : 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Licence/Certification : HCPC (required) Work Location : In person
