Amcor Flexibles EMEA is in a period of significant and exciting transformation, with key transformation projects in progress across the businesses and functions. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Change and Organisational Development professional to play an integral part in helping the AF EMEA Business Group to reshape the organization’s operating model and enhance cross-functional collaboration. This includes supporting the redesign of organizational structures, workflows, and decision-making processes to ensure they align with Amcor’s long-term strategy. We are looking for a highly driven, adaptable, and passionate business change expert who is focused on delivering outcomes that improve the organization’s agility, efficiency, and ability to innovate. This role will work closely with the HR Leadership Team (HRLT), Project Directors, and the leadership team of AFEMEA. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Apply a structured methodology to execute change management activities for our transformational projects. Collaborate with leaders to assess current organizational structures and develop strategies that optimize efficiency, decision-making, cross-functional collaboration and ways of working. Facilitate change management sessions with the business to identify change management requirements and execute change impact assessments. Plan, manage, and monitor the implementation of new operating models, workflows, and team structures in collaboration with HR, talent management, and communications teams. Execute business readiness assessments ensuring the business is in a place to adopt change. Support the identification and design of adoption metrics to ensure that changes are successfully embedded and sustained. MAJOR CHALLENGES & COMPLEXITIES Influencing outcomes across cross-functional teams without authority and where expectations and/or priorities may be different. Supporting multiple initiatives and handling multiple stakeholders at any one time. The ability to work under pressure and adjust priorities according to direct business needs, at times having to redirect efforts quickly when priorities are reassessed. KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES / INDICATORS Successfully deliver organizational change initiatives, including redesigning structures and ways of working. Deliver all change outputs and deliverables as agreed with the program/project manager. Request continual key stakeholder and sponsor feedback, building it into delivery forward. Gather end-user feedback via change readiness and post-implementation survey. Comply with Amcor policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Formal Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. 5+ years of experience in organizational design, business transformation and change management, with a strong track record in driving change related to structure, processes, and ways of working. Proven experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools for major projects (Change management certification desired, PROSCI preferred). Experience in interpreting concepts and presenting to all levels in the organization. Specific Skills and Abilities Deep understanding of organizational design, including principles of team structures, operating models, and decision-making frameworks. Strong planning and organizing skills (Good attention to detail and execution skills). Holistic, end-to-end thinker with the ability to connect the dots and anticipate issues. Good problem-solving and root cause identification skills (ability to find pragmatic solutions). Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Good business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges, the ability to quickly build an understanding of current operating models in areas that are targeted for transformation. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal, able to work effectively at all levels of the organization. Data savvy and able to analyze, interpret and report back key themes and make recommendations. Fluent in English, knowledge of any other language would be a benefit.
