Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of outsourcing clients, overseeing the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, VAT returns, and payroll processing. Provide high-level advice on outsourced accounting services, delivering tailored solutions to clients in a variety of sectors. Lead and mentor a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service while supporting the growth and development of junior staff. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all outsourcing-related matters. Drive business development by identifying new opportunities for the firm’s outsourcing services and expanding the client base. Collaborate with other departments, including audit and tax, to provide integrated solutions for clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the firm’s outsourcing services remain competitive and compliant. Who You Are: An experienced Outsourcing professional with a proven track record in managing outsourced accounting services for a diverse client portfolio. ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualified, with strong technical knowledge of accounting, management reporting, and VAT. A natural leader with experience managing and developing teams, ensuring high standards of service delivery. An excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Commercially aware, with the ability to identify business development opportunities and contribute to the growth of the outsourcing service line.
