Process Owner Central London (3 days per week) & Basingstoke (2 days per week) ratio of site attendance is flexible depending on operational requirements. DV is a requirement for this role and therefore the ability to work from home is limited as attendance is required at appropriate customer locations. We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team of agile “Process Owners” who are responsible for the planning, implementation, control, review and audit of multiple service processes, to meet customer business requirements. This includes negotiation, implementation and monitoring of service level agreements, and the ongoing management of operational facilities to provide the agreed levels of service, seeking continually and proactively to improve service delivery and sustainability targets. The overall management, control and stewardship of the IT assets and resources used in the provision of IT services, ensuring compliance with all governance, legal and regulatory requirements. The overall management and control of the operation of formal contracts between own organization and suppliers, for supply of products and services. The role holder will act as a point of escalation for the service processes that they own for the Customer thereby ensuring that any issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Your transferable skills and experience: Manages the delivery of multiple service processes (as identified by your Service Director) to the customer in order to deliver contracted service commitments & continual service improvements. Actively owns service risks, controls service costs & improves productivity for customer & Fujitsu in order to increase profitability (Fujitsu) & continually improve cost effectiveness (Fujitsu & customer). In conjunction with the customer identifies & defines requirements for new services. Ensures such services are professionally introduced & accepted into service. Proactively manages internal and external suppliers in a service partnership as ‘one service team’. Owns the continual improvement of Service Delivery standards & practices. Manages the service delivery team delivering to the customer, driving development and effectiveness. Identifies opportunities for new business and account growth. Works to develop new business within the account, where appropriate, leading on new business such as renewals. Shares knowledge with colleagues and makes useful additions to the Fujitsu knowledge base.
