About the role As an Administration Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the efficiency, organisation, and operational effectiveness of the school administrative function. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day running of the administrative team, line managing the administrative team (delegating tasks, monitoring performance and providing mentorship) and serving as the primary point of contact for parents, ensuring high standards of customer service. Your role in managing administrative tasks will allow the Senior Leadership Team and Operations Manager to focus on instructional leadership, student outcomes and staff development. You will report to the Head of School with a dotted reporting line to the Operations Manager.
