Pub Manager – Up to £35k Per Annum + Tips – Kingsbridge Area Our client is seeking an experienced pub manager for its luxury pub/café in the Kingsbridge area. The individual will have strong experience in a managerial role in a pub/café/restaurant setting. Salary of up to £35k (DOE) 40-48 hours per week Share of TRONC Beautiful location Fantastic training and development opportunities Live-in accommodation may be available The Manager’s main duties are to oversee the day-to-day front of house operations of the public house, taking the lead and overseeing the general running of the pub. You will thrive working within a fast-paced F & B environment and be driven and motivated to go above and beyond for all customers and guests. Your experience: An experienced general pub manager. Work closely with the GM to continue the strong reputation for both residents and day visitors. Training and management of the team. Full understanding of a pub P&L and day-to-day leadership. Responsible for all aspects of running the pub smoothly, whilst upholding its high standards. The successful candidate will be highly organised, creative, forward-thinking, and have a genuine passion for hospitality and F & B. The Pub Manager must have previous experience in a similar role, preferably at a hotel/restaurant setting, and be focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
