One of the UK's leading growers of premium herbs, supplying fresh, frozen, and dried products to key retailers, is looking for a Growing Manager to join their dynamic and innovative team based in the Eastern regions of the UK.

The Role As Growing Manager, you'll be at the heart of the operation, partnering with the key Director to oversee all aspects of the yearly growing cycle. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the growing process from sowing to harvesting. Crop planning and yield optimization. Handling operational administration including budgeting, procurement, health & safety and recruitment. Driving innovation and sustainability in herb production.

This is a hands-on role with significant potential for career progression as the company expands into new UK and international markets.

Either a defined growing background in herbs or fresh produce, OR ambition and transferable skills from other agricultural or horticultural sectors. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. A collaborative approach and a drive to innovate and succeed.
