12 Month FTC - IT Test Analyst (D365 CE) (BH-27801)

£58,000.00 per annum Benefits 15% Bonus We've partnered with a leading housing company that has recently gone live with D365 CE Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service. They are seeking three IT Test Analysts to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC). As the first dedicated D365 CE testers within the business (a role previously handled by Business Analysts), you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive test cases, plans, and strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining a test automation framework.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in software testing, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, particularly Customer Service, Field Service, and Sales. Proven expertise in setting up and maintaining test automation frameworks for Dynamics 365 applications. Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proficiency with test management tools such as Jira. Experience using test automation tools like Leapwork or similar platforms. Solid understanding of database concepts and proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation. Additional Information: This position requires candidates to work onsite in Northampton three days per week. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
