Actively develop independent customer relationships, ensuring Henkel’s position as a trusted category partner. Identify & implement optimum ranging assortments and placement layouts to deliver the triple win. Utilise various data sources to identify & personalise category recommendations that are aligned to the shopper journey, ensuring an omnichannel perspective. Work with cross functional teams to identify growth opportunities, including creating compelling sell-in stories for new product development and optimisation of category strategies. Share channel and shopper strategies across focus categories with senior leadership, backed by market & shopper trend analysis. Contribute to a high performing & collaborative team environment. Track, analyse, and report on customer performance, providing actionable recommendations to grow category share and support retail partners.
