Proven track record in commercial lending : Demonstrated experience originating, structuring, and managing lending solutions, ideally in Structured Finance or similar roles within financial services. Customer relationship management : Extensive experience in building and managing customer relationships, including self-generated leads and developing ongoing relationships with professional introducers. Product knowledge : Familiarity with lending products such as Stock Flow Finance, Invoice Finance, Wholesale Finance, and Short-Term Secured Business Loans. Financial acumen : Hands-on experience analysing customer financial statements, forecasts, and business plans to assess risk and align with credit appetite. Marketing and business development : Experience shaping and leading initiatives to build product awareness and support business growth. Collaboration with credit teams : Ability to work effectively with credit professionals to craft bespoke lending solutions while maintaining the bank’s risk appetite.
