We’re currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in overseeing the commercial success of high-profile projects while contributing to Fit Out UK’s industry-leading standards.
About the RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor at Fit Out UK, you’ll report to the Managing Surveyor and take charge of:
Construction Management Contracts: Overseeing agreements to ensure project delivery aligns with high standards.
Collateral Warranties / JCT Contracts: Managing the legal and contractual aspects of projects.
Trade Packages Procurement & Management: Negotiating and coordinating key trade deals.
Cash Flow Forecasting & Monthly Valuations: Keeping projects on track financially.
Variations / FA Management: Monitoring and addressing project changes.
Weekly Reporting and Meetings: Sharing updates and collaborating with our exceptional design and delivery teams.
Your Experience
Proven expertise in retail and commercial construction projects (new builds preferred).
Familiarity with industry standards and tools, including JCT contracts.
A degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
A commitment to teamwork and excellence in project delivery.
