Ensure warehouse operations adhere to GMPs and SOPs. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of daily and weekly picking activities. Deliver order picking and stock accuracy. Maintain excellent internal audit scores. Support Planning & Operations teams to meet internal service KPIs. Communicate with external stakeholders (e.g., Liverpool) as required. Control warehouse costs to agreed budgets. Maintain clear communications with Operations, Planning, and other stakeholders. Identify and address upcoming supply issues to maintain service delivery. Lead continuous improvement projects in the area. Develop direct reports and provide training support across the team. Act as deputy for the Warehouse and Logistics Manager when required. Experience:
Significant and proven experience in warehouse operations with management responsibility.
(Essential) Familiarity with food or other fast-moving manufacturing operations.

Demonstrable understanding of stock management systems within an ERP or similar environment.
(Essential) Competent in the use of standard Microsoft packages and familiarity with ERP and MRP systems.
