Role Overview As a Live Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our delivery operations run smoothly, acting as the key point of contact for our drivers, warehouse teams, and driver delivery service providers.

Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Communicating with drivers: Providing drivers with the necessary information and support to complete their deliveries efficiently. Coordinating with warehouse teams: Ensuring shipments are ready and dispatched on time. Liaising with delivery team: Collaborating to ensure driver schedules are filled and any issues are promptly addressed. Cross-departmental liaison: Working with other departments to address and resolve situations related to driver performance and behaviour. Performance monitoring: Tracking and reporting on driver performance metrics. Problem-solving: Addressing and resolving any delivery-related issues that arise. Requirements Prior live operations or dispatch experience is be preferred, though not necessary Excellent skills in interpersonal relations, driver management and written communication. Capable of managing multiple tasks and solving problems effectively. Committed to delivering exceptional service and going beyond customer expectations. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Adept at recognising and prioritising multiple tasks and responsibilities. Please note that this is an in-person role on a 4-on-4-off shift pattern (4 days working, 4 days off to recharge) and each shift is 12 hours. How we reward our team
