Competitive A new opportunity is available for an HR Global Mobility Coordinator with fluency in French & English to join our client’s EMEA team in London. The HR Global Mobility Coordinator will consult and administer all components of the International Relocation & Global Mobility process. You will coordinate all aspects of international relocations including international policy administration, expense reimbursement, visa and immigration, home search and household goods. Fluency in English and French is essential for this role. Responsibilities: Manage the full relocation cycle of the relocating employees including VIP moves Liaise with HR Managers to understand global mobility requirements Understand and comply with the specific client global mobility policies and requirements Develop, maintain and build a working relationship with transferring employees, HR and local partners Carry out the pre-assignment briefing and client policy review with transferring employee Provide continuous HR and Global Mobility advice and support to both clients and relocating employees To ensure that all services are billed promptly Communicate any service failure to the Global Mobility Manager Prepare weekly status reports for all ongoing assignments Skills Required: Fluency in French & English Strong background in HR, Global Mobility and Expatriate Services Able to work well under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines Proficient in using Microsoft Office and web-based software Prior customer service experience is highly desirable Highly organised with the ability to multitask
