Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with an international vehicle technology business to add a successful Business Development Manager to their team.
The role will be to manage and grow business with OEMs and Wholesalers. This role is a balance of account management and new business development, giving you the opportunity to nurture existing relationships while identifying and securing new opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with dealerships, OEMs, and wholesalers. Identify new business opportunities and generate sales within the automotive sector. Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Develop strategies to penetrate the market and meet sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client service. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive vehicle build / M&E. Be a strong relationship builder with the ability to spot gaps and grow business year on year. Proven experience in business development and account management within the automotive sector. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical automotive products. Ability to develop long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Full driving license and willingness to travel.
