Join an innovative and expanding company as a Customer Service Executive. Are you ready to utilise your outstanding interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service? As a key member of their team, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference every day. The role is working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and offering a salary of £30,000 - £34,000, DOE.

Own mode of transport is required due to location.

Responsibilities:

Taking orders via phone or email, ensuring accuracy and timely execution Creating courier labels to facilitate smooth delivery to customers Handling invoicing and credit notes for goods and services Acting as the face of the company, addressing customer inquiries, queries, and complaints in a caring and professional manner Collaborating with the Technical Department to address repair and technical issues raised by customers Inputting orders into the Sage System Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Proven experience in providing high-quality customer service Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Proficiency in using computer systems and software If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and want to be part of a thriving organisation, apply now!
