Regional Quality Senior Manager
We are looking for a Regional Quality Senior Manager to join our Quality Team in Bolton Food based in Italy, Cermenate. How you make the difference: The person will play a crucial role in leading our quality function across Spain, Morocco, France, and Italy. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across all our products and processes within the region. How your agenda looks like: Develop and implement regulatory strategies and policies to achieve product approvals and maintain market access (including all Bolton International markets). Edit and update global guidelines and procedures for Food Safety Management. Continuously monitor and interpret global food safety and quality regulations and ensure that the Region’s operations implement accordingly. Define the criteria for carrying out the food safety risk analysis (probability and severity scale). Referent point for certification’s body for global contract definition. Edit and update global guidelines and procedures for Food Fraud Management. Edit and update guidelines and procedures for Documents management and Private Labels management. Support the local function to define the improvement action to manage the anomalies detected during the customer audit. Support the central function to define the improvement action to manage the anomalies detected during the internal audit (ISO 9001). Work closely with the central team and regional team on: analysis plan, anomalies management, annual and certification audit, certification contract, consumer/customer complaints, recall and withdrawal, supplier evaluation guidelines. Your team: You will report directly to the Chief Quality Officer of Bolton Food. Additionally, you will manage a multi-country team and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, product development, and marketing. How you look like: +10 years of experience in a senior quality leadership role preferably in the food industry, with a proven track record of leading and managing quality teams in a multinational environment. Deep understanding of food safety and quality standards. Deep understanding of Global Food Safety Regulations, standards, and guidelines.
