We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Support Worker in Maeslliedi Centre, Llanelli. The role has the specific aim of providing those who need high levels of support with diverse opportunities and choices including supporting the development of services which support carers to care for people in their own homes/communities. The role will support the Manager to develop alternatives to centre-based services (using Person Centred approaches) and includes supporting the Manager to lead a designated staff team. Working patterns need to be flexible and may include occasional weekends and evenings in the future. Expected date of interview:
