The Company:
Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role/challenge? Do you have experience within the Industrial/Warehouse sector? Our client is a fledgling Main Contractor with a regional office located along the M40 corridor. They currently enjoy a turnover of £60 million and operate within 2 key sectors: Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature. Our client has recently secured a new scheme and is seeking their Commercial Lead as the Project Manager is now on board. The project has a contract value of £15 million and a duration of 12 months, commencing on site in late November 2024. You will report to a Commercial Manager.

About You:
• Experience of commercially & contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £10 million.
• Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Reside within commutable distance of Reading.
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
