Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide expert commercial management and quantity surveying support and grow their commercial team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the quantity surveying process from inception to completion. Provide accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects. Conduct feasibility studies and prepare detailed reports. Monitor project progress, costs, and financial performance. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. RICS membership (or working towards) is desirable.
