Develop and implement a comprehensive OD and learning strategy aligned with the authority's vision and priorities. Lead the design and delivery of learning and development programmes, including leadership development, management training, and professional development initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance. Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address organisational development and learning and development needs. Provide expert advice on leadership, talent management, workforce planning and employee engagement. Lead and inspire a team of OD and learning professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful services. Use data and insights to measure the impact of OD and learning interventions, ensuring they support organisational goals and objectives. What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in organisational development, learning and development, or a similar leadership role within a complex organisation. Strong understanding of OD theories, leadership development, learning methodologies, and employee engagement practices. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation. A strategic thinker with the ability to translate organisational priorities into practical learning solutions. Demonstrable experience in leading and managing teams, fostering a positive and inclusive culture. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and improve performance.
