We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced and growing Hospitality Division in Paisley, Renfrewshire. This key role would be dealing with temporary and relief roles and would be ideal for somebody with either a strong recruitment resourcing background or an individual from the hospitality sector, keen to use their transferable skills and experiences.

What we want from you

To succeed as a temp desk Hospitality Consultant, you will be somebody who thrives on interacting with a variety of people, whether they be chefs, waiting staff or housekeepers. You should be a proactive individual, highly organised, driven, possess a keen eye for detail and take great pride and self-satisfaction in following tasks through to completion. Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, pressured (yet fun) environment is essential, as is the ability to multi-task.

Key responsibilities of the role include: Building and maintaining client relationships, Pre-screening candidates including right to work checks, Collating weekly timesheets for payroll, Online candidate searching, Database/booking management, Promptly dealing with any and all queries and issues as they arise, in a professional manner.

You should have tremendous administration skills, be very much IT comfortable, as well as have fantastic customer service skills. Time management is vital, as you will need to work quickly to meet strict targets and deadlines, often at short notice. As you will be dealing with candidates and clients face-to-face (or via telephone or online), you should have excellent communication skills and immaculate presentation.

Given the nature and importance of the role, this is a full-time office-based position.
