We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Allocator to join our Planning team and help shape the future of our inventory management! About the Role As an Allocator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that the right products are in the right places at the right time. Collaborating closely with the Planning Manager and other departments, you'll be responsible for planning and distributing inventory across our retail stores and online channels. Using data-driven insights, you'll optimise stock availability while mitigating risks such as overstocking or stock shortages. Key Responsibilities: Allocating inventory across all sales channels based on sales forecasts and performance. Analysing historical sales data and demand trends to refine allocation strategies. Collaborating with teams such as Buying, Merchandising, Retail, and Supply Chain to align stock strategies. Producing regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and sales performance. Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities in inventory management and allocation processes. About You You're a highly organised professional with a passion for retail and a strong drive to excel. Here's what we're looking for: Experience:

At least one year in retail or allocation, with experience in Ontempo software being a plus. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office and a strong ability to work with data and reports. Interpersonal Skills:

Exceptional communication skills, adaptable to a range of audiences, and capable of building strong working relationships. Personal Attributes:
