HR Business Partner , you will provide support and guidance on all people-related matters for your dedicated business units across the organization. Acting as a conduit between the business and the People team, the role will encompass all elements of the colleague journey and involve organizational design, education on People processes, engagement activities, risk monitoring, and working on a variety of projects that may be across Together or to meet specific business unit objectives. You will enable key stakeholders and internal customers to deliver their people plans in both an effective and commercial manner. We are looking for someone to: Work with colleagues and managers at all levels within specific business units, developing and maintaining effective working relationships. Input to the design and support the delivery of the business unit people plans through initiatives and specific projects. Provide coaching and feedback to employees at all levels to empower their development and drive high performance, whilst partnering with leaders to implement effective performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations. Consult on issues relating to resource requirements, department structures, employee relations, and performance improvement, coaching managers and providing advice as appropriate. Support change and transformation activities. Analyze data and reports to identify key people metrics (internal and external) and colleague insights to identify ways of enhancing colleague engagement and driving business performance. Support the identification and mitigation of people risks through activities such as succession planning and single person dependency/key business processes identification. Promote a positive work environment (e.g., engagement action planning), employee experience, and a culture of inclusivity and diversity. Qualifications Essential Experience within an HR Business Partner / People Partner role within a sizable business, used to discussing and advising on a broad remit of people-related topics. Highly skilled communicator, able to articulate ideas and needs to influence people for the correct outcomes. Exceptional attention to detail to support data and reporting within the role. Desirable CIPD qualified. Experience within a regulated business. Talent Acquisition experience, including actively resourcing candidates in challenging markets.
