We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic School Office Support to join our client's team in the Education industry. If you have a passion for providing administrative support in a school setting and are looking for a role where you can make a difference in the lives of students, then this position is perfect for you!

ASAP start date

The successful candidate must be available on a temporary ongoing basis

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

Hourly rate: £12.50-£13.00ph paid on a weekly basis through OA

Location: Based on the outskirts of Newburn

Free parking on site

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional administrative support to the school office, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Be the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff, assisting with inquiries and providing a warm and friendly welcome.

Maintain accurate student records and confidential information.

Assist with student enrolment and registration processes.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure smooth school operations.

Assist with the preparation of school reports and documents.

Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order.

Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS certificate.

Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within an educational setting.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
