Following a departmental review, an exciting opportunity has become available to join our high-performing team who manage parks and open spaces in Enfield. Are you someone who excels in a community setting and possesses the skills to engage meaningfully with diverse groups and develop strong partnerships? This exciting opportunity requires a highly motivated individual who can contribute to the delivery of innovative services. You will need excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, to work within the team and communicate with volunteers and funding bodies. You will need to have a flexible approach to the working environment to succeed in the role. Our ideal candidate will be:

Able to work strategically but also able to get stuck into day-to-day tasks. Confident and approachable to people of all ages, cultures and ethnicities. Have experience working in a project planning/delivery capacity within a community setting or similar. Have a strong history of engaging with multiple stakeholders, partnerships and steering groups. Have a good understanding of community engagement and managing voluntary organisations. Have strong budgeting and IT skills. Have experience in funding applications.
