About the Role: As a Social Worker, your objective is to actively engage in listening, fostering connections, and empowering adults and carers to improve their well-being, attain increased independence, and effectively access community resources. You'll offer steadfast support during difficult periods, aiding individuals in regaining autonomy and devising for the future. Through meaningful dialogues, assessments, and tailored support plans, you'll lead individuals and their caregivers toward establishing fulfilling lives within their communities. Key Responsibilities:

Provide social interventions focusing on recovery. Utilise the Three Conversations approach, emphasising strengths, assets, and community resources. Demonstrate expertise in assessment, support planning, intervention, and evaluation. Conduct safeguarding enquiries and navigate complex situations with professional judgement.

Requirements:

Social Work England registration. Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation. Significant experience in safeguarding and complex situations. Experience with providing social interventions that promote recovery.
