Job Description This is a newly created hands-on role, where you will be involved in the following activities: Oversee and manage a small HR team including payroll & talent acquisition for our Rugeley site. Coach the Leadership team on all people-related matters to drive a modern and high-performing culture. Support and coach the leadership team on colleague engagement & career development for our people. Create and implement HR and acquisition strategies aligned to business objectives. Revise & create up-to-date policies and processes that are aligned across the group. HR lead on all employee relations matters. Lead on all HR performance and end-of-year processes. Accountable for yearly benefits renewal offering & process. Provide Leadership with HR data to assist with strategic decision making. Ensure monthly payroll activities are undertaken. Keep abreast of HR legislation including any changes/potential changes that may impact your location. Develop & nurture the HR Team. To be successful in this role you will have proven experience of working with Senior leaders and will have good influencing skills, a track record of developing others, and thrive in a dynamic working environment. This role will require a minimum of 3 days per week on-site in Rugeley, Staffordshire. All candidates must be eligible to achieve the relevant security vetting level applicable to the role.
