Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated

Office Personal Assistant (PA)

to join our team. As a PA, you will support senior management and ensure the smooth running of the office. Your ability to manage schedules, communicate effectively, and handle a variety of tasks will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide administrative support to Managing Director and senior management

Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence

Act as the point of contact between the office and external clients or stakeholders

Coordinate office activities and provide general office support (filing, data entry, ordering supplies, communication, administrative duties)

Help with organising company events and meetings

Ensure smooth communication between departments and team members

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Administrator

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

A proactive and positive attitude
