Hours: 12 hours per week including weekends (flexible to be arranged)

Rate: £14.00 per hour
We are currently seeking an experienced personal assistant to support a young mum called Amal, who lives in Kingston Park with her husband and 3 young children. One child has a diagnosis of Autism. Amal has a diagnosis of PPPD (a severe form of complexed vertigo type symptoms) and a heart condition that affects her balance, mobility and energy levels.
The role includes supporting Amal with tasks that enable her to care for her young family. Responsibilities will include:
Accompanying Amal to activities within the local community, including visits to the local park, walks in the local nature reserve, and shopping trips. Assisting and supporting Amal in the kitchen to prepare meals for the family and bake. Helping Amal engage in her hobbies, such as reading and writing. Performing some domestic tasks, including bed changing and laundry, as these tasks are too strenuous for Amal. Occasional light cleaning duties to assist Amal in maintaining the household.
This is a busy household with 3 young children, so experience of working in such an environment would be advantageous. A car driver would be preferred but is not essential.
