To provide comprehensive assistance to members calling into the Emergency Services department and to supply the appropriate help, support, and guidance for any incident covered by Red Pennant - The Caravan and Motorhome Club's overseas holiday insurance. Please note: Fluency in French, Spanish, German, or Italian is an essential requirement for this temporary role which commences between March and September. A rota is provided to cover a working week of 35 hours between 8 am and 9 pm Monday to Sunday, including Bank holidays. Leave and lieu time available where applicable. Full training will be provided. Key Tasks/Accountabilities:
Manage all incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner Maintain a clear and complete record of each assistance case and follow through on all assistance cases to completion. Ensure that any service failures or potential problems are escalated to the Deputy Manager or Business Manager. Advise members and answer queries regarding claims relating to any Club overseas holiday policies. Essential Skills & Experience Required:
Good standard of education – including English Language GCSE or equivalent High level of organization required To work well as part of a team To be able to manage multiple assistance cases and prioritize effectively To be able to remain calm and focused under pressure To be driven by providing the highest level of member care and service Excellent verbal and written communication skills A good knowledge of French, Spanish, German, or Italian.
