role will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst assisting in maintaining the day-to-day management of the kitchen and the supervision of the team of 15 chefs. You will support the Head Chef in all aspects of food production, from training junior chefs to delivering customer excellence in the finished dish. Requirements: CVs will be considered from

It is important that they highlight experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations and busy banqueting operations for at least 2-3 years with a minimum of 2 Rosette experience. A Junior Sous Chef who has the drive and ability to push forward standards, be responsible for junior staff development, and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved.
