Our Self Invested Pensions business continues to grow, and we are looking for a SIPP / SSAS Property Consultant to join our Stirling office. This role would suit someone with previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of MS Office Products. The Role: As a SIPP / SSAS Property Consultant with XPS, you will: Manage a portfolio of commercial property purchase and in-specie transfer transactions. Meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining department service and quality standards. Ensure the quality of work is of the highest standard. Liaise with Financial Advisers, Solicitors, and other property professionals to ensure smooth transaction completion. Protect the interests of XPS and ensure department procedures are followed. Make recommendations to improve department work processes and knowledge. Take ownership of your portfolio and all property-related processes. Check the work of colleagues to ensure high-quality standards. Participate and help resolve complaints related to property. Your Profile: Essential Criteria: Maths and English GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar pensions/office administration/customer service environment. Strong communication and influencing skills. Attention to detail and the ability to challenge third parties when required. Confident, self-motivated, and very organised.
