Description As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted adviser to the organisation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, strategic, and operational HR support. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR policies, organisational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives. This is a high-profile role with the opportunity to influence key decisions and support the organisation's strategic ambitions. Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver strategic and operational HR plans. Partner with senior leaders to drive employee engagement and embed a positive organisational culture. Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, using HR metrics to identify and address issues. Lead and support complex change initiatives, working closely with trade unions, managers, and staff. Promote diversity and inclusion through local and central EDI action plans. Support and coach senior managers on key people management challenges. Contribute to HR initiatives, policies, and strategic projects. Profile * Level 7 CIPD. * Strong HR technical expertise, including knowledge of UK employment law, organisational change, and talent management. * Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a large, complex organisation. * Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills. * Demonstrable commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion. Desirable: Experience in Higher Education or similar sectors. Familiarity with job evaluation methods. Project management qualifications. Knowledge of HR systems.
