This leadership role offers a chance to make a real impact on the lives of residents and their families. What you'll do: Lead the Duty Team:

Manage referrals, inquiries, and day-to-day operations. Support & Empower:

Provide guidance and supervision to your team. Safeguarding Champion:

Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures. Care Planning Expert:

Oversee Care Act assessments, S42 inquiries, and support plans. Decision-Making:

Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions.

Who you are: Registered Social Worker:

Hold a Social Work degree and be registered with Social Work England. Strength-Based Approach:

Passionate about empowering individuals. Excellent Communicator:

Fluent English is essential. Team Player:

Collaborative and supportive.
