You’ll learn about how the business operates and what products they offer, before building strong relationships with high-level commercial and industrial clients.

Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Sales & Business Trainee, you will:

Develop your knowledge and skills whilst working in a fast-paced and hands-on business environment

Receive a well-rounded training experience, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development

Build strong relationships with high-level B2B customers over the phone, understanding their technical needs and providing appropriate solutions

Develop professional customer service skills and learn how to convert leads and develop long-term relationships with key clients

Work closely with the rest of the motivated and dynamic team and become an integral part of the company’s success

Rewards

As a Graduate Sales & Business Trainee, you will receive:

Starting salary between £27,000 – £29,000

A significant annual bonus (uncapped)

Comprehensive training and ongoing support

Requirements

To be successful in this graduate sales role, you should be a recent graduate with:

Some customer service or teamwork experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Self-motivation and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team

An interest in engineering would be beneficial
