Exclusive opportunity for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor for a very lucrative location with a successful client in Swansea.
We seek a candidate with 10+ years of experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor and ideally a relevant educational background.
This is a new position; the individual will join an already existing elite commercial team and play a pivotal role within a leading M&E company working on exciting projects up to £20m.
Responsibilities:
Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages Producing monthly commercial reports Conducting monthly financial reviews Supporting Preconstruction Cash flow forecasting Dispute resolution Validation of Contracts Procurement Agreeing and resolving final accounts Managing and implementing the insurances for the work packages Cost value reconciliations and the variation procedures Risk and opportunity management procedures Attending meetings
