Senior Quantity Surveyor - Construction Main Contractor
Our client is a long established main contractor, whose growth and expansion in recent years has made them an exciting name in the UK construction scene. They operate across high end residential, commercial, hotel, student accommodation, retail and mixed use projects.
They are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join at their UK head office near Barbican.
Their ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 10+ years quantity surveying experience gained with main contractors or tier 1 developers.
Construction project experience - ideally residential or commercial.
Excellent communication and management skills.
Good length of service with previous employers.
Degree or diploma qualified in a related discipline - ideal.
Salary is negotiable on experience, but should be in the region of £100,000.
