Join an SME Packaging Manufacturing business with great values and care for their customers, delivering quality products. This Health & Safety Manager role will be site-based in Wrexham with a broad scope to learn new skills and get involved with a variety of projects.
As Health & Safety Manager, you will review working practices and ensure people are following guidelines and keeping each other safe. This includes the manufacturing floor, warehousing, and vehicle and equipment movement. In addition, you will support the business with Quality standards, managing NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), identifying and making recommendations to fix problems, managing BRC accreditation, and supporting the business with audits to maintain their accreditation. You will also be involved in other business operational projects from time to time.
Ideal profile for the Health & Safety Manager role:
NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum Strong experience in Health & Safety and Quality Experience in a similar manufacturing and production environment Understanding of BRC accreditations and audits Continue to uphold high standards for Health & Safety and improving safety standards
Salary is up to £50,000.
