About the Role:

A Boutique Luxury House Builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Q1 2025. Due to impending workload through the first quarter of 2025, they are likely to be looking to recruit Project Managers in Kent and Essex. These positions offer competitive salaries, plus an attractive benefits package.

Purpose of the Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role is both strategic and hands-on, involving a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth delivery of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Establishing detailed project plans, defining the scope, schedule, and key milestones to ensure a clear path for the project's progress. Ensuring that all necessary resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, are available at the right time to keep the project moving. Ensuring that contracts comply with legal standards, regulations, and building codes. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure that all work is done correctly, addressing any defects or issues that arise.

Person Specification: CSCS SMSTS Strong verbal and written communication to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Experience in Residential Construction Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations Team Management Experience
