Risk & Compliance Analyst
| Lloyd's Broker | London/WFH | £35 - 40,000 Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a growing Lloyd's broker in their search for a newly created Risk & Compliance Analyst. Reporting into the Head of Compliance, you will be on a 12 month rotation getting exposure across financial crime, monitoring, risk management and compliance advice. This is an unparalleled opportunity not to be missed! You will be assisting with the day-to-day management of the governance, risk and compliance framework, supporting the risk & compliance team. Experience required: Minimum 1 years' experience in a Risk, Compliance, Control or Audit function. Minimum 1 years' experience working in either insurance or Insurtech. Experience of working to FCA regulatory requirements. The ability to explain regulatory requirements clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to build relationships at varying levels of seniority. Excellent organisational, presentation and decision-making skills. Please note you will be required to work in their London office twice a week.
