Commercial Site Manager required
Our client is looking for an experienced commercial site manager/supervisor to start asap on a commercial construction project in Herne Bay.
£200-£240 a day rate depending on previous experience and qualifications. Weekly paid CIS/LTD. Usual working hours Mon to Fri 7.30am to 4.30/5pm.
Applicants must have experience working on commercial projects and must have first aid and SMSTS. Those candidates with IPAF will be at an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Inductions Orders Scheduling Snagging Following the company's H&S procedures Ensuring H&S practices are followed by all workers and visitors Managing labour and materials Reporting for contracts managers This is an immediate start and would suit an experienced supervisor/manager that is looking to work with a fantastic construction company who specialise in new build sites. The successful candidates will need to have a valid CSCS card and SSSTS/SMSTS or equivalent and first aid as a minimum.
