Seasonal, until November 2025 This role is pivotal to our dynamic Entertainments team. As part of the projects team, the role focuses on supporting management in future planning, researching industry trends, contributing to the development of new experiences, fostering strong relationships with industry suppliers, and ensuring project milestones are achieved on time. This role averages 8 - 32 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. Operational needs may require occasional weekend and/or bank holiday work. Therefore, flexibility is required, along with the ability to support the Entertainments team in other tasks on the park. Responsibilities: Defining Processes
Idea Generation Framework: Support the Entertainments Project Manager in structuring ideation sessions and idea evaluation criteria for major capital expenditure/event projects. Research Protocols: Develop methods for identifying trends, gathering audience insights, and analyzing competitor activity. Project Development Programming: Support the definition of clear stages for project development, prototyping, testing, and implementation for overall projects and events. Documentation: Collate minutes and standardize documentation for all project feedback and iterations for better transparency.
Workflow Optimisation
Collaboration Tools: Support the implementation of tools like project management software to streamline task assignments and track progress.
Supporting Innovation
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry shifts and emerging technologies to report back to the Management team to incorporate fresh ideas into projects. Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Support the fostering of collaboration between creative and technical teams to explore new approaches. Performance Metrics: Measure success using previous KPIs such as project completion timelines, stakeholder satisfaction, and creative impact.
